The only programme of its kind, this scheme has been designed to recognize and inspire leaders adopting a coaching approach. The scheme focuses on bringing pioneering coaching techniques into businesses and teams and gives participants an opportunity to evaluate their approach against high professional standards. Like many AC schemes the focus is on accrediting fitness to practice, rather than theory and academics, and is available to Leader Coach members as well as non-members.
