Coach Training Accreditation (CTA) and Accelerated Coach Training Accreditation (ACTA)

CTA and ACTA offer multiple levels to cover introductory to master coach training.
Each levels requires the training to cover core coaching competencies, essential coaching tools and skills, and supervision.

We have two routes to gain this accreditation which are Coach Training Accreditation (CTA) and Accelerated Coach Training Accreditation (ACTA).
The Accelerated Coach Training Accreditation (ACTA) is exclusively available to AC Provider and Corporate Members. This option focuses on the individual accreditation journey i.e. a simplified and streamlined process for learners who want to gain Individual Coach Accreditation.

Team Coach Training Accreditation (TCTA)

For providers who wish to equip coaches with the ability to work with teams, enhancing their collective performance and achieving common goals. This scheme covers the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for effective team coaching.

Recognized Leader as Coach Course (RLaC)

For providers that train leaders and managers to adopt a coaching approach in the workplace. This scheme compliments training that enables leader coaches to use coaching skills, build coaching cultures within their organizations and maximize team potential.

Coaching Supervision Training Accreditation (CSTA)

For providers offering coaching supervision training, this scheme is designed to align with courses that provide participants knowledge, practical experience and application of coaching supervision that align with the AC Coaching Supervision Competencies.
