Positive Psychology for Coaching

Positive Psychology and coaching are a perfect match, both aimed at helping clients to flourish.

Dr. Carol Kauffman defines positive psychology coaching as "a scientifically-rooted approach to helping clients increase well-being, enhance and apply strengths, improve performance and achieve value goals".

It's an evidence-based coaching practice, informed by the theories and research of positive psychology for the enhancement of wellbeing, achievement and resilience.

This webinar series will introduce you to the major elements in positive psychology and show you how to use the science to enhance your coaching practice.

In this webinar series you will learn:

  • How positive psychology and its practices increase wellbeing

  • How positive psychology can help clients to flourish in their personal and professional life

  • How positive psychology can help clients build their resilience and recover wellbeing

We will also consider key learning points such as:

  • The Strengths Approach, which is at the core of positive psychology coaching

  • How to leverage your strengths to build resilience and wellbeing, and achieve your goals
