Developing and Embedding a Coaching Culture

Join us for an insightful webinar designed for Coaches, Leaders and HR professionals who want to foster an inclusive and dynamic workplace.

Our speaker for this webinar, Gillian Jones-Williams, will examine the interconnected nature of engagement, inclusivity, and coaching culture and explain how important it is for managers to know how to create a psychologically safe workplace environment.
She will also discuss the need to coach managers to take responsibility for achieving this.

This session will address common pain points, such as the lack of understanding of coaching on DEI issues such as parental leave, maternity and neurodivergent needs. Managers may make assumptions about neurodivergent team members rather than coaching them effectively to create the optimum environment.

In this session, Gillian Jones-Williams will provide actionable solutions for creating a supportive environment, such as personalized coaching strategies and effective communication methods. By integrating these practices, organizations can enhance employee satisfaction, innovation, and overall performance.
