About Co-Coaching:
This Co-Coaching Forum is a unique opportunity for coaches to connect and practise coaching. You’ll be teamed with peers and take it in turns to coach, be coached and observe coaching.

Introductions
Each person will introduce themselves by name and share the following:
- what they want to achieve from attending the session
- what they'd like to work on during the session
This could be a particular coaching tool, or a part of the coaching process - i.e. contracting, or even using a new set of questions to see how they work in practice

This gives each individual the chance to share any key learning from the coaching practice - what they'll do more of/less of etc. They can also recommend any relevant tools/reading material that may help with anything that's crops up during the session.
