About the event
What is happiness to you? Although it is the one thing people most aspire to, defining happiness proves elusive and differs from person to person. Yet science is increasingly able to shed light on this universal quest.
In this thought-provoking talk, well-being researcher and practitioner Dr Cátia Arnaut will take us on a journey across three interconnected levels of well-being – individual, organisational, and national.
Drawing on cutting-edge research and real-world applications, she will explore:
- The key skills that underpin individual happiness and resilience.
- Why organisational well-being is not a “nice-to-have” but a strategic driver of business performance and sustainable cultures.
- How national and global paradigms could shift if citizen well-being became a central measure for policy and development.
This session will offer practical insights for coaches who support leaders, teams, and individuals in organisational settings, as well as inspiration for all practitioners committed to fostering flourishing in society.
The presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A where participants can exchange reflections and practical applications.
