About the event
In times of rapid change and transformation, leadership is no longer about expertise, control or quick fixes. The leaders who will shape the future are those who cultivate people — unlocking confidence, skills, and resilience — while driving measurable business results. This interactive discussion explores what it means to embrace a coaching mindset as a leader, the challenges managers face in making the shift, and how coaching leadership fuels both employee growth and organizational impact. Together, we’ll share insights, experiences, and practical ideas to plant the seeds of sustainable leadership.
The DACH Corporate Roundtable is a quarterly members-only event designed to promote peer learning between coaching-minded HR professionals in a safe and confidential space. Non-members may participate as a “taster”.
