My coaching approach is tailored to help you achieve your specific professional goals. I use evidence-based coaching approaches to facilitate your own unique style of authentic leadership. We do this by working on your values, purpose and strengths. We take your own worldview and lived experience into account, and acknowledge the dilemma of leading in the face of ambiguity and paradox. My clients are typically C-suite executives or senior leaders with significant organisational responsibilities in the private or public sectors. My experience as the CEO of a public company and as a pharmaceutical physician in government and industry, means that I have particular experience working with executives and senior leaders who manage uncertainty and complexity, particularly in the biotech, pharmaceutical, hospital, and university sectors.
