Patricia's focus is on developing leadership capabilities and enabling individuals to achieve their full potential. Patricia also enjoys supporting leaders through their first 100 days in a new role. She delivers challenge and support in equal measure through insight and empathy. With a background in large organisations and having worked in a number of HR Director roles, Patricia understands organisational dynamics and what’s required to achieve leadership success in a business environment. Whilst the primary objective is to support businesses through executive coaching, the personal development needs of the individual are always incorporate. Patricia creates confidential contracts with individuals which are characterised by trust. Patricia operates in accordance with the AC Code of Ethics, is a Chartered member of the CIPD, and a member of the British Psychological Society. She is also accredited to administer and use Talent Q and the Leadership Styles Instrument (LSI).
