John offers individual coaching. He has coached individuals from non-professionals to board level.
Finally, John has a particular interest in stress and burn-out, and the role it plays in our lives. Using psychology and coaching techniques, he works with the client as a colleague, together uncovering what gives his clients meaning, joy and the capacity for success
