I have deep experience, skills and knowledge in evidence based coaching where practices are underpinned by psychological and related research and feedback so we can be more confident that clients reach their desired outcomes.
I create and deliver tailored 1-1, team and coaching supervision solutions designed to enhance development, performance and wellbeing in both work and personal areas of life. My focus is on creating quality conversations, opportunities for my clients to experiment and test thinking in the real world and reflect, learn and develop in a safe space.
