  I am available for face to face coaching & supervision in London and the South East. I am also available for coaching over zoom/ teams as required.
  My purpose in life is to grow leaders by supporting others to discover for themselves. I work with leaders to develop their own authentic leadership style and increase their personal resilience.

I have over 20 years of leadership experience in blue chip organisations leading large teams in 3 different countries.

As a coach and supervisor , I have a calm supportive presence coupled with the ability to challenge clients to grow into their potential.

I have set up a charitable coaching programme for young people. (www.givingtime.org.uk)
  I offer individual coaching, group coaching and team coaching. I also offer 1:1 and group supervision for coaches.

I am particularly interested in leadership and career transitions. I have coached several clients to support them in their return to work following long term absence
