An highly experienced and grounded Executive coach with track record in leadership development and supporting clinical and multi-agency teams. My approach is holistic, enabling the whole person to be present and potential unleashed, building resilience, self-belief and internal capability. I can use a wide range of tools and techniques as required and am experienced and confident with diversity and difference. Most of my work to date has been with the NHS and wider public sector especially coaching clinicians, senior leaders and doctors. Increasingly I am working with senior teams across systems, enabling through coaching, alignment, agreement and commitment to common goals and delivering actions.
