I am based in Europe and work virtually to support regions around the world,
Business leaders and executives regularly seek me out for coaching, consulting, problem-solving and change facilitation to help them change and adapt to achieve both organizational and career aspirations.
As a practicing program manager I help companies effectively change and adapt. My holistic understanding organizations, my unique change management, strategy, and communicative skills ensure that planned changes are successful.
With over 25 years' experience across business functions and cultures at industry-leading companies, I have led international change projects ranging from acquisitions and divestments, through major systemic and organizational change to multi-year client-facing programs.
I started my coaching side-hustle because helping individuals grow to achieve their goals is the best part of leadership. Not only that, but it also gives me opportunities to get to know interesting new people, gain new perspectives and learn about myself.
Leaders and executives seeking help on strategic decision-making, communication, organizational change and career support come to me for business coaching and consulting services.
Having seen firsthand the unique challenges faced by women and been shocked at the state of equality in business, I particularly focus on business coaching for female leaders and executives.
In my approach, I focus on serving as sparring partner to help explore opportunities and change situations, I listen and provide frameworks that assist in providing structure to complex scenarios, I take into account work and geographic cultures, and I focus on actionable outcomes, particularly for wicked problems and complex, multi-dimensional challenges.
Outside of work, I am a husband and father, an avid runner, a cold water swimmer, a so-called Adult-Fan-of-Lego (AFOL) and maintain a passion for sketching and the occasional watercolour. I also love reading, though these days it is mostly audiobooks and podcasts due to time constraints.
