I am an AC Accredited coach and I provide guidance and support in a confidential, nurturing and safe space. I offer a first meet and greet session in total confidence free of charge. I have worked in Local Authorities since 2005 which has helped me to have an understanding of Education, Social Services, Disabilities and Mental Health providers and their referral systems. I am a parent myself with plenty of lived experience and I am specially interested in supporting those members of the LGBTQIA+ community and their families. From the basics of acceptance, through to the following steps to a healthy and safe journey, I can support you and your family into all things LGBTQIA+, neurodivergence and mental health.

I have a passion for helping others and support other families with the knowledge I have gained through my own experience and professional career. My family is my priority but you can find me crocheting or crafting like a gremlin in a corner for hours if they let me. Fresh air, swimming, just being outdoors whenever possible is the best medicine I have ever come across
