Bristol and surrounding area in person. UK- wide online.
I’m a qualified Relational Dynamics Leadership Coach. I offer one-to-one and group coaching for cultural leaders, managers, teams, and social enterprise professionals across the UK. I bring a deep understanding of the sector having worked within it in a variety of freelance roles for almost forty years.

My coaching clients include Watershed Media Centre, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, Bristol Old Vic, the West of England Combined Authority, and the School for Social Entrepreneurs. I also support artists, PhD students and individuals managing ADHD and Autism, and have an ADHD Coaching Diploma.

Beyond coaching, I support organisational change and departmental restructures, having worked with boards including Circomedia, Encounters, and Bristol Refugee Festival.

I have regular supervision to oversee my practice and have my own coach and participate in regular peer coaching. I see a growing connection between my arts practice and my work as a coach.
I can provide one-to-one coaching, group coaching, teams coaching as well as coaching for boards. My specialist area is the cultural sector. Through my sessions, both face to face and online, I offer a space of empowerment, agency, and meaningful action.

My coaching style is relaxed, person-centred, and grounded in somatic awareness. I have learnt that working outdoors can be hugely beneficial so offer walking coaching which has proved very popular with clients living in and around Bristol.

I offer one-to-one coaching, group coaching, team coaching, and coaching for boards, with a specialist focus on the cultural sector. My sessions—delivered both face to face and online—create a space for empowerment, agency, and meaningful action.
