I am an Executive and Team Coach, Trainer & Training Designer, Development Centre Designer & Assessor, and Author. I am a Licensed NLP Coach, and CfPAC Coaching for Performance Accredited Coach. I hold Clean Coaching Certificates in Clean Language and Clean Coaching with EK. I hold a Certificate in Team Coaching Practice. I am DiSC Accredited, Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, and Facet5 and TeamScape Accredited Practitioner, TeamSalient Accredited Practitioner. I hold degrees in Psychology and Political Science. In the recent years, I devoted my practice to coaching executives and line managers from international organizations to facilitate their leadership development in the present multicultural and rapidly changing environments. My mission is to facilitate leaders and teams to maximize their performance and achieve results through engaged and committed teams.
I offer one-on-one and team coaching sessions both face-to-face and virtually. I work in English and Italian with top executives, managers, high potentials, entrepreneurs and individuals. My main coaching specialties are: leadership development, neuroscience for leaders, emotional intelligence, personal effectiveness, effective communication, engagement, motivation, resilience, psychological safety.
In my free time I adore going to museums as I have a passion for art. I also love the countryside where I spend time walking, reading or meditating. I am very fond of pets, in particular cats. I adore writing, though I have not devoted much time to that in the last few years.
