She is passionate about the development of people through coaching and training. Her approach is solution and action driven, facilitating impactful conversations which help her clients unleash their potential to achieve their personal and/or organisational goals through behavioural change. Having lived and worked around the world, advising board level executives of global businesses, Helen understands the challenges at work in cross-cultural teams and life issues faced by expat executives. She has worked in a number of sectors, including: professional & financial services, IT & Technology, Oil & Gas, Automotive and Transportation. Clients are executives (being groomed for future high-level roles) and leading organisations through times of change), newly appointed managers to senior positions, managers who are returning to the workplace.

I am currently following an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change at Henley Business School focusing on the characteristics of successful leaders and how new behaviours can be learned to ensure personal and organisational success and growth.
