She has experience & expertise in executive & career coaching; facilitation & training; organisational & strategy development; research & evaluations; team & volunteer management; event & project management; research & communications. Qualifications: Accredited Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching; Special Purpose Award in Training & Development; BA in Sociology & Geography; MA in International Relations as well as Certificates in Coaching Practice & Ethics, Career Coaching, Group Facilitation, Reflective Practice, Monitoring & Evaluation & Strategic Planning. Aoife is also voluntary Vice Chair of Kinsale Youth Support Services.
