We have awards for coaching skills training programmes that Corporates deliver internally. Our Coach Training Accreditation designation signals to participants that a training programme:

• Meets our comprehensive coach training standards, including the application of our Coaching Competency Framework (PDF)
• Works within our Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors ethical guidelines
• Provides practical experience

Our Coach Training Accreditation is available to you if you offer internal Coach Training Programmes which are eligible and include core coaching competencies, essential coaching tools and skills and supervision.

Your programmes can be based on any discipline, approach, or model utilising a blended learning approach which balances practical and theoretical content.
