Our Recognized Leader as Coach Course (RLAC) designation indicates to your participants that a coaching skills course meets best practice.

Our RLAC course is available to you if you offer courses which are eligible and include core coaching competencies, essential coaching tools and skills and integration with existing management and leadership approaches.
