Guest Bio

Nathan Broad joined Certas Energy in 2018 as IT Director. He brings almost 35 years of experience across multiple sectors, including food manufacturing, financial services, industrial lubricants, and clinical trials. Before joining Certas, he held senior IT leadership roles at Houghton International and Synexus and has also served as a college governor and pension scheme trustee.


Passionate about solving business challenges through technology, Nathan leads a team focused on innovation, efficiency, and driving change across the business. Based in Cheshire, Nathan has been married for over 25 years and has two grown-up children. Outside work, he enjoys training in Shotokan Karate and walking his labradoodle, Milo.
