Host Bio
Jennifer Kidby has been applying psychology in the workplace for over 25 years, working as an external consultant, an internal practitioner, and a leader. She is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and an accredited coach and coach supervisor. She is the editor and co-author of Coaching as a Leader, published in collaboration with the Association for Coaching and Kogan Page. She currently works for Grant Thornton LLP as the Director for Leadership Development and Succession Planning, where her role includes leading the development of a community of over 130 leader coaches across Canada. Jennifer currently lives in Ontario, Canada, with her husband, daughter, and two rescue cats.
Speakers' Bio 
Tony Worgan has dedicated more than 25 years to developing leaders’ capacity to thrive and create effective working relationships for performance and well-being. Coaching is always the most significant element in that crucible of change. Tony worked in the media both as a journalist and a leadership development trainer. As Head of Coaching & Mentoring for the BBC, he trained and supervised a group of more than 100 development coaches. In that role, he also trained many 100s of leaders in coaching. He has a Master's in Coaching & Mentoring and is a trained Transactional Analyst. Tony is now a Partner at Tablefish Consulting, specializing in leadership development, team relationships, coaching, and supervision. 
Dena Paris is a seasoned global leader, executive coach, and human resources professional. She is a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and received her coaching accreditation and training at Columbia University. Over her multi-decade career, she has led global teams and functions within the professional services industry and developed deep expertise in coaching, leadership development, HR, and talent management. In 2019, she created an internal executive coaching COE within her organization where she and her team deliver individual, group, and team coaching. Dena is passionate about the impact coaching can have on individuals and systems and strives to find ways to amplify that impact. When not working or spending time with family and friends, she seeks out learning opportunities and life experiences that expand her thinking and understanding of the world and the people within it. 
Paul Williamson, MCIPD oversees learning and development at ATG Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment group. He has been a senior leader in Sales, Ticketing, and HR. During his time in talent development, he has designed acclaimed in-house leadership development programmes, helped to build a successful internal coaching faculty, and coached leaders at all levels within the organization. Paul is a passionate advocate for coaching, the arts and culture, and life-long learning. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC and now also specializes in coaching leaders around ‘the Childhood Story’, based on the work of Dr Sarah Hill and David Kantor. Paul is Regional Chair for Great Britain at the Association for Coaching (AC).

Ross Hunter has over 20 years of experience in coaching and leadership in diverse environments from elite sport, a global consultancy working with start-ups, SMEs, and established brands, to in-house in an FTSE 20 org. He has a Master's in coaching with a thesis in coaching when you aren't a subject matter expert. He is in the top 1% of most highly qualified elite sports coaches recognized by Sport England and a previous Head Coach of an international blind sports team.

Linda Beatty, author of the chapter titled ‘Formal coaching as a leader coach’, is a Senior Manager of Culture and Engagement in Bank of Ireland. Based in Ireland, she has over thirty-five years’ experience working in the communications and financial services industries. She is a Marketeer, a Customer Experience (CX) professional, and a qualified Executive Coach. She is a passionate Coaching advocate and believes that organizations thrive by embedding a coaching culture. In 2018, she founded and now leads the Coaching Community of Practice within her organization, from which she set up an internal coaching faculty. Resulting in her winning numerous internal recognition awards for Enabling Colleagues to Thrive. She lives in Dublin with her husband, practices yoga and mindfulness, and loves running Half Marathons. 
Andy Murphy is a London-based Master’s level qualified executive coach and coach supervisor with over 25 years’ experience in leadership. His enthusiasm for people development and love of coaching meant that he was chosen to help create the first internal coaching faculty for a major UK Bank in 2012, which provided a template for success that was copied across the organization. Understanding the need to facilitate change by bringing people together, he is much sought after by senior leaders and their teams, both on an individual and group basis, who value his authentic, fun, inclusive, and generative style. Passionate about leadership development and building a coaching culture, he provides bespoke development programmes, executive coaching, and coaching supervision to coaching professionals and individuals on a one-to-one and group basis. 
Nuha Al Moosa, an Omani national born in Nairobi, Kenya, is a passionate advocate for authenticity, growth, and cultural connection. Based in Muscat, Oman, she holds a BSc in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah (2005). With a 19-year career spanning hospitality, banking, and the energy sector, she has led roles in Sales, Marketing, Communications, PR, Financial Institutions, and capability building. Since 2016, her focus has shifted from purely business to people development, inspired by her experience with talent and leadership growth.
A graduate of the MEPI Legal & Business Fellowship (2007), Nuha is now an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching (AC), as well as a change practitioner and culture catalyst. She is driven by a deep commitment to helping others unlock their potential, sharing the message: “Be curious to learn. Seek to grow as a whole.”
