In this webinar, Frances and Simon will help you narrow down who you can serve most effectively to get noticed by the right people and start meaningful conversations. 

Join us for this interactive workshop where you can learn how to signpost to your ideal client that they're in the right place (and signal early on to those who are not the right fit that they're not).


Simon and Frances will guide you through a niching exercise and give you time and a creative way to think about who yours might be. 


You will then share with each other who your ideal client is and practice articulating their needs and wants.

Speaker Bio

Simon Batchelar has run an online marketing agency for over 18 years and, in that time, transformed the marketing of over 400 small businesses. Their longest-standing client tripled their turnover to over £5m, and they have taken another client from starting their blog in a coffee shop to talking on the TED stage. Simon has written the book on Empathy-Led Marketing, which underpins the Better Bolder Braver teaching method.

 

Frances Khalastchi has 20 years of experience in Corporate, Third Sector, Start-up, and Government communications. She has created brand partnerships, launched products, designed websites, and trained many people along the way. She now helps coaches improve their relationship with marketing. Her clients face the feelings that marketing brings up and then capitalize on self-awareness to feel more confident about putting themselves out there.
