As both a senior leader and coach, I integrate a coaching mindset into my work with clients and colleagues, helping them navigate challenges, enhance their understanding, and develop effective solutions. I coach people at all organisational levels up to executive level. have an interest in neurodiversity and can offer tailored support in this area. My coaching is grounded in lived leadership experience across the NHS, local government, and central government, where I’ve led high-impact public health initiatives and complex system change. I bring compassion, behavioural insight, and strategic thinking to help clients gain clarity, confidence and direction—particularly during career transitions or leadership challenges. I also offer public health consultancy on a flexible basis, focusing on strategy, programme delivery, and reducing health inequalities.
