New Member Orientation Webinar
This webinar is dedicated to all new individual members of the Association for Coaching (AC). We are delighted to welcome you to our international community and encourage you to make full use of your membership.
This webinar is designed to introduce you to our community, to highlight the benefits of your membership and demonstrate how membership is valued by our members.

- Ways you can contribute to the AC
You will also have the opportunity to share with us areas of
improvement, discuss your needs, connect with other members and get your
questions answered directly.
Preparation and Resources
All registered participants will gain access to the
recording and slides of the webinar, a list of your member benefits as well as
a guide to Who’s Who at your AC.
Speakers' Bios
Nicola Boyle is the Head of Individual Membership & Accreditation Services for the Association for Coaching(AC), Executive Coach and Coaching Skills Trainer for C-level, executives, emerging leaders, and people managers.
Nicola’s previous roles have centred around leadership, sales, HR & recruitment, and operations largely within L&D and professional training. With over 22 years’ experience, her career expands over several industries within corporate organisations, SMEs and not-for-profit, including working closely with the ‘big 4’ to support their professional training needs.
Nicola is also a qualified A1 assessor, tutor and author of several NVQ/ Diploma distant learning publications.

Joanne Brophy is the AC Membership & Accreditation Services Manager. With a genuine passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving meaningful change, Jo brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Having honed her skills in project management and strategic planning, Jo has seamlessly transitioned through various roles in the dynamic field of membership engagement. Her dedication to excellence shines through in her commitment to fostering Membership solutions and exploring new frontiers. Jo's career journey has been marked by a strong emphasis on communication and relationship building, particularly on an international scale. Currently, she divides her time between her role at the AC and her position as the International Engagement Manager at the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA). In her PRCA role, Jo focuses on developing the association's membership across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Australia.
