Your speakers

Nicola Boyle is the Head of Individual Membership & Accreditation Services at the Association for Coaching (AC). In her role, she supports members around the world to navigate their membership experience and understand the AC’s professional accreditation pathways. Nicola is also an Executive Coach and Coaching Skills Trainer, with a background in leadership, operations, and learning and development across multiple sectors. Her work focuses on helping coaches and leaders grow with confidence and clarity in their professional journey.

Joanne Brophy is the AC Membership & Accreditation Services Manager. Having honed her skills in project management and strategic planning, Jo has seamlessly transitioned through various roles in the dynamic field of membership engagement. Her dedication to excellence shines through in her commitment to fostering Membership solutions and exploring new frontiers.  Jo's career journey has been marked by a strong emphasis on communication and relationship building, particularly on an international scale.
