Ethical AI Marketing LabAI is evolving rapidly. Using it for marketing can feel overwhelming, and the ethical considerations surrounding it can be all-consuming. As coaches, what you need now is a reliable steer on how to use AI creatively and responsibly, without compromising your own boundaries or those of your clients. You want to use your limited marketing time wisely, helping people understand your work and feel confident about consistently showing up. In this workshop with Frances Fogel, marketing and business development mentor for coaches, you will experiment with AI platforms to clarify your “Who, What, and Why”, explore how to create useful, compelling marketing content, and plan your time more effectively. You will leave with: - Usable content for your website, social media, and emails
- A marketing plan that utilizes AI and meets clients where they are
- Ideas for finding and collaborating with “gatekeepers” to generate new business
- Confidence to research and reach your target audience using AI and LinkedIn
In this workshop, you will learn:- Use AI tools to create relevant marketing content that reflects their own voice and approach to coaching
- Explore Frances’s AC-accredited “Coach’s Marketing Journey” framework as a practical way to clarify their marketing and make it better, bolder, and braver
- Use AI thoughtfully, with awareness of privacy, consent, and respect for their clients’ trust
- Establish a sustainable and consistent marketing practice that balances coaching time and business development with creativity and productivity
- Build confidence to experiment, research, and collaborate - using AI, peers, and “gatekeepers” to reach the right audience with consistency, care, and creativity
Who is this workshop for?
This session is ideal for new and seasoned coaches - including executive, team, personal, health, and career coaches - who are ready to work with AI without compromising their ethics and values.
Active Learning and Preparation
This is a hands-on, interactive session. You will experiment with AI platforms in real time, guided by live demonstrations and short, timed exercises designed to help you generate content you can actually use.
You will work individually and in small groups to:
- Draft and refine posts, bios, and website copy using simple AI prompts.
- Explore how to adapt content for different levels of client awareness.
- Identify your own marketing rhythm and what feels sustainable week to week.
- Share your ideas with peers and receive immediate, constructive feedback.
- Reflect together on where AI supports creativity and where human intuition matters most.
The session is structured to encourage experimentation, conversation, and mutual learning, so you leave with both practical outputs and a clearer sense of how to integrate AI into your ongoing marketing practice.
Preparation
This is an interactive, hands-on workshop where you will experiment live with AI tools, and there will be opportunities to share and discuss what is generated. You don’t need to do anything in advance for this session, but you may like to have ChatGPT (free or paid) installed beforehand. If you already use another AI platform that you prefer, you’re welcome to work with that instead.
ResourcesRegistered participants will gain access to the webinar recording, slides, and any other resources after the session. All registered participants will gain access to the webinar recordings and slides, as well as a list of resources shared by the speaker.
