Psychological Safety in The Workplace

Team coaching involves making real-time interventions as a team performs real work, generating in-the-moment awareness, immediate shifts in behaviour, and sustainable improvements in effectiveness and results.

In the new world of work, many global organizations are gravitating toward psychological safety to create conditions for sustainable high performance. Others gravitate to psychological safety to increase collaboration and innovation, and for others the emphasis is on having a tangible toolkit for more inclusive leadership.

Over 20 years of research at Harvard Business School by Professor Amy C. Edmondson demonstrates that organizations and teams with a high level of psychological safety perform better on almost any metric or KPI in comparison to organizations and teams that have low psychological safety.

Given the growing interest globally from organizations wishing to scale psychological safety, this webinar series provides an overview of the field.

In this 4-part webinar series you will learn:

  • What psychological safety is, including relevant research
  • How to measure and increase psychological safety
  • The inner practices of psychological safety and the neuroception of safety
  • Case studies of large global organizations seeking to scale psychological safety
  • How psychological safety links to the field of vertical adult development and the creation of Teal organizations
