With over 20 years’ experience coaching vulnerable individuals affected by trauma, neurodiversity, or challenging circumstances, I have guided thousands to positive change. I am a qualified probation officer with a degree in psychology and a master’s in forensic psychology, trained in dialectical behavioural therapy, leadership, and NVQ assessment. At Bodhi Path CIC, my mission is to empower autistic and ADHD minds through personalised coaching, workplace training, and community support. Using trauma-informed, neuro-affirming methods, I help clients build confidence, develop skills, and create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.

Additional services include policy consultation, strategy review for inclusion, and public speaking or awareness sessions for organisations and community groups. I specialise in coaching individuals with ADHD, autism or both. I have lived experience as am diagnosed with autism and ADHD myself and my coaching model is neuroaffirming and supports clients to live authentically.
