She is the Managing Director of the International Dispute Resolution and Risk Management UK Centre and Association for Coaching Regional Coordinator for Greater China and Canada. Before qualifying as a coach and mediator, Selana has been a Professional Music Education Specialist for international schools in Hong Kong and Beijing. Her interest is to bring about more healthy relationships and profitable solutions to individuals and business leaders so they can avoid conflict and litigation.
