Fran is passionate about developing exceptional leaders. She has an extensive background in Leadership and Executive Coaching, holding senior leadership positions, including as the former Director, Leadership Coaching and Executive Programs within the QUT Graduate School of Business and QUTeX Executive Education. In this role, Fran was responsible for successfully delivering global Leadership Coaching education and establishing The QUTeX Leadership Coaching Practice.
Since 1999, she has acquired specialist knowledge in personal and professional development through Executive Coaching and has consulted in many successful large-scale leadership development programs across a wide range of industries. In 2007 she completed a PhD examining Executive Coaching as an Alternate Leadership Development Tool, for which she was awarded the Dean’s Commendation for Excellent Doctoral Thesis.
Fran is also proud to be on the AC QLD Leadership Team, supporting Member Engagement and Communication.
Fran works extensively in leadership development, providing individual and group Leadership and Executive Coaching for senior executives, and facilitating executive development programs.

Fran loves spending time with her adult children and enjoys socialising with friends. Having spent much of her younger years in the swimming pool training, she now enjoys watching the sport, whilst also maintaining her own level of fitness outside the pool!
