As an Accredited Master Coaching Supervisor (APECS), I support the development and maturation of professional coaches. My work in coach development is rooted in 30+ years of coaching experience coupled with academic and research based knowledge. In my coaching practice, I work with mature professionals who want to optimize the opportunities of change and transition. This includes coaching professionals to stretch into the requirements and expectations of executive leadership by helping them acquire the skills to clearly articulate vision; generate engagement and commitment; facilitate change within organizations and to communicate clearly and effectively.
