For over 20 years I have been coaching senior leaders and teams to become more effective, sustainable and happier in the way that they work. Based in Spain, I coach internationally with clients in UK, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. I work in English and Spanish.
My expertise is in working with clients to make sense of the increasingly complex environments within which they work. As they, individually or as a team, build their resources so they can better support their teams to navigate the challenges that confront them through this next stage of the pandemic and future ways of working.
Having lived and worked outside my home country for nearly 30 years I bring an international perspective that supports clients to understand better the cultural dynamics of their organisations.
