I am Chartered Occupational & Coaching Psychologist, Professional level Executive Coach. 25 years’ experience working with organisations and the people in them, supporting their development. I work hard to co-create a respectful, non-judgemental space where every client is empowered to define and grow towards their version of success. With a reputation for listening, I pride myself on helping others to deliver exceptional results within complex,diverse organisational and personal landscapes. I support Leaders and their organisations to thrive, and I work with organisations who “do no harm,” and who seek to become more sustainable. I am a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of Psychological Society of Ireland and British Psychological Society, and a member of their Division of Work and Organisational Psychology and Coaching groups. I have a masters in Occupational Psychology and an International degree in Psychology. I also have a Diploma in Coaching a programme I now teach on.
