As a coach, my aim is to support clients through work/life/relationship transitions. This can be in a corporate setting where job roles are becoming more fluid & collaboration with colleagues & teams more critical. Being innovative & adaptable are increasing pre-requisites to working in 21st century organizations. Whether in a corporate or personal coaching context, a majority of my clients work towards greater self-awareness. Such reflection can mean actively re-shaping an understanding of one's professionalism, job role or career development. In a personal context it can mean drawing upon courage to engage in a deeper experience of who you are in the world. Sustainable wellbeing, creative development and continuous improvement within the organisation are at the heart of my coaching and Learning & Development workshops.
Workplace coaching includes: career development, communication & team skills, Mindfulness at work as stress reduction management, improving collaboration & creativity, exploring professional identity and changing responsibilities & demands in a job role.
