Annabel is an accredited executive coach specialising in developing leaders at senior and board level. She has a MA in Coaching & Mentoring Practice and a background in journalism and management. Annabel is a creative communicator, challenging, motivating and supporting personal development in disruptive environments. She has considerable experience working across cultures in global organisations in a wide variety of sectors, including FMCG, professional services and national government. Annabel is an Executive Lead Coach at London Business School, coaching, facilitating and designing programmes in leadership development. Annabel works with leaders and organisations helping them to develop collaborative environments in order to thrive in changing times. She has a MA in Middle Eastern Studies. Her best-selling book, "Shujaa'ah: Bold Leadership for Women of the Middle East" was a finalist in the Business Book Awards 2020.
Annabel provides a coaching service for new leaders, supporting those who have been newly appointed and clients who wish to develop their leadership skills as well as coaching teams. Many clients are also senior women leaders. Annabel runs training workshops for new managers on leading teams and delivering and receiving feedback, confidence and presentation training. Qualified to use a number of psychometric tools (including MBTI, Hogan, NEO-PR, 5 STeP, Point Positive) and experienced in 360 Feeback and facilitation, Annabel regularly undertakes training for continuing professional development including Relationship Systems in Organisations and is a certified Confidence Coach. She is an Accredited Facilitator of Nancy Kline's Time To Think and a nationally accredited Mediator. Annabel undertakes regular supervision and delivers a variety of training and workshops on unconscious bias, managing conflict, difficult conversations, leading change and neuroscience in leadership.
