A qualified Executive coach, supervisor, psychotherapist and CBT practitioner Pauline supervises coaches and counsellors. With over 30 years leadership and management experience the Company works with Executives and leaders and routinely with Headteachers. Pauline s experience within the statutory and voluntary sector at a senior level has enabled her to work with a range of organisations.
