I am a professional and experienced life and business coach with a lifetime of experience of motivating and empowering people. I previously worked as a Senior Leader in large Charities and have enabled people of all ages and from all walks of life and backgrounds to reach their potential. It is my passion about enabling people to make positive changes that led me to initially train as a Counsellor and subsequently as a level 7 Coach and Mentor. Together with my continued training in NLP, Mindfulness and Stress Management, I can share a range of tools and techniques with you to help you achieve your goals. I call my approach person centred coaching - focused on you and your life. I will work with you to really listen and understand what you want to achieve. I will support, encourage, challenge and motivate you to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be.
i offer one to one coaching in person, by phone, e,mail or Skype for individuals and specialise in the following areas: Business and Leadership coaching: I particularly welcome new managers or those facing a block in their career or work life. This may be due to a difficult situation that has arisen or relationship challenges with colleagues. I have extensive experience of coaching for personal development in the work place.
Coaching for Change: aimed at anyone going through a life change such as redundance, retirement, empty nest, bereavement or becoming a new parent, new job - whether life is changing around you or you are choosing that change
Career break coaching is my specialty - having taken two long term career breaks, I can help you focus on your career break goals both pre and post your break.
Coaching for those looking for a better work life balance or improved quality of life or who just want to get more purpose and joy from life.
I can offer face to face, skype or phone coaching. Home visits are available in certain circumstances. I am a great fan of the benefit of being outdoor, so walking and coaching sessions can be arranged or coaching over breakfast for those who want to meet prior to work.
