I am a coach, trainer and facilitator with over 25 years experience in international business, from Sony (working in change management) to market research in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Over the past five years I have merged this with coach training and professional development and now work with organisations and coaches, virtually and in-person.
I hold a Masters degree in Applied Coaching and my research focus was virtual coaching, from both coach and coachee perspectives. As a result of this research, I have developed workshops and training techniques to assist other coaches in optimising their own virtual practices.
I coach individuals and teams as well as facilitate workshops, meetings and advisory boards.
As a coach and trainer, my main methodology is mBraining/mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques), a neuroscience-based coaching methodology.
I also run workshops for other coaches in virtual coaching.
For organisations, in addition to the above, I also run Leadership Decision Making training, based on mBraining.
I offer TMS (Team Management Systems) profiling and team facilitation and coaching.
