I set up Insight Out to provide a no-nonsense, jargon free and practical approach to coaching, focussing on team and leadership development. I bring experience, qualifications and common sense to support clients as they learn to achieve more at less personal cost. I am also a qualified and active coach supervisor.
Bringing over 25 years experience I work with teams and individuals in a wide range of organisations. The work always has practical application and is outcome led. Clients include smaller corporate clients and the self-employed as well as, amongst others, John Lewis, Western Union and the NHS.
I qualified as a supervisor in 2017 with The OCM and am pleased to now be offering supervision support to coaches. I am particularly passionate about supporting leaders and internal coaches in their coaching work.
