I am a Master Coach with the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the CIPD. I coach executives, senior managers and teams across all sectors in a range of subject areas, including leadership, performance, thriving through organisational change (both leading and surviving), addressing difficult relationships and career transition. My approach is to start exactly where the client starts, listen hard and long, but also challenge enthusiastically and hold to account. Genuinely changing behaviour is much harder than any of us imagine.
I coach executives, managers and senior teams across the private public and charity sectors. With individuals my particular interests and expertise focus on resilience and success in the face of change, uncertainty and ambiguity. With groups I work on trust and understanding as the basis for developing high performing teams. I am qualified to deliver Myers Briggs Type Indicator Steps I and II and the ASTON OD team profile. I also offer advice and facilitation to senior teams planning or undergoing major organisational change and lead change programmes myself.
As well as coaching I offer mediation services, lead organisational change programmes and support SMEs with a range of people related services, including recruitment, development of staff handbooks and employment policies, and advice on employee relations issues. I also develop blogs and speak to groups on a number of people related employment issues, including the multi-generational workforce, managing "difficult" employees, thriving through change and career transition.
