I am a qualified AoEC executive coach, an accredited coach supervisor with Oxford Brooks University and a master coach supervisor with the Association for Coaching. My previous careers have been in medicine, television programme-making and BBC senior management. As well as my independent practice, I supervise MA and ILM student coaches at Oxford Brookes Business School, and am an AC supervisor accreditation assessor. Coaching Supervision: I work with coaches and supervisors to enhance their expertise, deepen their understanding of themselves and their clients and gain insight into the wider, systemic context of their work. I have a particular interest in the application of neuroscience and of theories of attachment and interpersonal relationship to coaching practice. I also work as an executive coach.
