Lynne has over 20 years’ experience coaching leaders and teams to increase effectiveness and improve performance. Lynne co-developed and trains The Five-Minute Coach, a powerful Clean coaching approach for managers and coaches, and tutors on two AC Accredited Coach Training programmes. An AC Accredited Master Executive Coach and accredited Coaching Supervisor (CSA), Lynne holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision, is an NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Clean Facilitator and Language and Behaviour Profile Practitioner. Made AC Honorary Life Fellow in 2013 for her contribution to the coaching profession, Lynne spent over three years on its UK Council as Head of Standards & Accreditation and later as Vice Chair. She brings a strong relational presence to coaching and supervision, offering humour, empathy, support and where appropriate, challenge into the relationship.
