I am on a mission to 'transform every team'. I am working to achieve this by leading teamGenie, a company that designs, coaches and develops teams so they 'release their magic', and creating teamSalient, the only BPS-accredited team effectiveness diagnostic and transformation tool globally.
I work as a top team psychologist and wrote the 'go-to' handbook for team leaders and teams, 'The Triumphant Team'.
I am Professor of Leadership Practice at King's College London (KCL) and Harvard Business Review (HBR) Advisory Council Member. I sat on the main board of the AC as their first Global Head of Standards and Accreditation then created the industry standard for team coaching. I co-created the Global Code of Ethics for Coaching and Mentoring.
I am a Chartered and HCPC-Registered Psychologist, and was the first AC-accredited Master Coach and Master Team Coach. I hold an MA, MEd and MBA and psychology doctorate. I am a Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), AC (FAC) and BPS (AFBPsS).
