She is also founder and MD of Bec Development Ltd which provides tailored, modular learning to commercial clients in business critical areas such as sales skills, creativity and business development, leadership and talent management.
The Coach House offers one-to-one coaching, its Everyday Coaching and Leader as Coach programme, which are delivered to organisations, and its 60 hr public coaching training course. This course, accredited by the Association for Coaching, is aimed at those looking to work as life or business coaches, or who want to add more formal coaching expertise and knoweldge to their current business skills and roles.
