The Executive Coaching Consultancy launched in 1994 as one of the first dedicated executive coaching providers.
We work with a variety of corporate clients providing executive coaching, leadership development and coach training programmes. We work alongside market-leading organisations to improve retention (especially female) and increase diversity at senior levels.
We have been training executive coaches since 2005. Our practitioner focused programme: Professional Coach Recognition Programme Diploma in Executive Coaching is aimed at individuals who are taking up or extending their roles as coaches.
Running over 10 months, the programme is designed to fit flexibly alongside a busy professional's day job and allows you to learn and start practising quickly, with real clients, under our supervision. We deliberately limit the number of participants to enable us to give you lots of 1:1 support. Each participant has a dedicated, experienced executive coaching supervisor.
The Course Leaders are all practising experienced (AC Accredited) executive coaches. 1:1 and group Coaching Supervision (a minimum of 15 hours) is included as part of the programme which leads to Foundation Executive Coach Accreditation with the Association for Coaching.
