Marie is co-founder of The Beyond Partnership. She has been a consultant, coach, conference speaker, facilitator and trainer for over thirty years, working with private, public and voluntary organisations. Marie is an AC accredited Master Executive Coach (AC) and also an AC accredited Coaching Supervisor. She is the lead assessor for AC Supervisor Accreditation. Marie is the lead trainer an AC accredited Coach Training Programme and an AC accredited Coaching Supervisor Training Programme. She is also an ANLP recognised ‘Master’ NLP trainer. As a coach and supervisor Marie has a reputation for being both supportive and challenging – she describes herself as aspiring to be relational, transformational and eclectic. In all her roles she says she is a “fellow traveller”, working in partnership with her clients. She brings humour and compassion to her work.
We are a team of experienced, professional and accredited executive coaches. We offer telephone and face to face coaching and coach supervision. We also have individual expertise in working with adolescents & education; sports and somatic intelligence; presentations and stage performance; redundancy; and personal transformation. Our focus is authenticity, integrity and transformation. We are eclectic and relational. In addition to coaching and supervision, we run public workshop led by ourselves or our guest presenters.
