With a focus on the need for practical action, I support my clients to learn more about themselves while they put into practice new behaviours to achieve new results, arriving at a richer sense of their own excellence and resourcefulness. This is a supportive approach, which seeks an optimal balance of personal and organisational benefits, and one which expects the client to be deeply and honestly curious about themselves and to make a serious commitment to their development.
With a practice rooted in Clean Language and NLP, I provide 1-2-1 coaching on a wide range of agendas, for example: developing strategic capability, becoming a more effective and confident people manager, transitioning into new roles, managing critical working relationships to produce better outcomes, leadership identity, gaining clarity on career goals. I also offer 1-2-1 and group supervision, with the aim of creating a collaboration which builds the coach's capacity for reflection, on how they coach and who they are when they coach. I have a particular interest in supervision for internal coaches.
