Jo is a long-standing member of the AC: an Accredited Master Executive Coach and Accredited Master Coach Supervisor. Jo has built a successful coaching practice, working with senior leaders from a variety of sectors, including high performance sport, universities and family-owned businesses as well. Jo brings together qualifications and experience and is trained to use a range of creative techniques such as art, metaphor and constellations. As a member of the Global Supervisors Network, she accesses regular CPD from supervisors at the leading edge worldwide.Jo has a thorough working knowledge of the main coaching professional bodies and is adept at enabling coaches to navigate the training/credentialling/accreditation landscape. Jo believes that coaches should participate in supervision at a pace which is appropriate to their own development and the needs of their practice.
